Dorothy "Ellen" Bond, 89, passed away at her residence on September 12, 2016, due to natural causes.  Her graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 26, 2016 at the Geraldine Cemetery.  Benton Funeral Home has been entrusted with services and arrangements.  Please visit Ellen's online memorial page at www.hollandbonine.com to leave a message of condolence for her family. Ellen was born on December 1, 1925 to George and Iona (Hill) Wood in Los Gatos, CA. She was the loving wife of Donald Bond for sixty seven years.  They raised four daughters and had an adventurous life together.  She was always up for a road trip and liked to paint landscapes of far away places. She was a woman of enduring faith who enjoyed singing hymns and having fellowship with others. Ellen is survived by her husband, Donald Bond of Geraldine, MT; her daughters, Kathy Bond of Geraldine, Mt, Karen Bond of Cleveland, OH, Marjorie Shockley of Cleveland, OH, grandchildren Barbara Dickinson of Geraldine, MT, Ryan Shockley of Cleveland, OH, great-grandsons Payson, Grant and Remington of Geraldine, MT.
